Wie gebe ich eine Bestellung auf?
Schritt 1: Lege deine ausgewählten Artikel in den Warenkorb.
Schritt 2: Klicke auf deinen Warenkorb oben rechts und anschließend auf „Zur Kasse“. Gib deine persönlichen Daten ein und überprüfe alles sorgfältig.
Schritt 3: Deine Bestellung wird mit DHL Parcel Connect versendet. Mehr Informationen zu unseren Lieferoptionen findest du hier.
Schritt 4: Wähle deine bevorzugte Zahlungsart. Mehr Informationen zu unseren Zahlungsarten findest du hier.
Schritt 5: Jetzt musst du nur noch die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen akzeptieren und auf „Bestellung abschicken“ klicken.Kann ich meine Bestellung ändern/stornieren?
Leider ist es nicht mehr möglich, eine Bestellung zu ändern oder zu stornieren, sobald diese abgeschickt ist. Daher solltest du deine Bestellung und deine persönlichen Daten immer gründlich prüfen, bevor du diese abschickst.
Meine Bestellung war nicht erfolgreich. Was kann ich tun?
War deine Bestellung nicht erfolgreich oder ist irgendetwas schiefgelaufen? Kein Problem, wir stornieren deine Bestellung in diesem Fall. Noch Fragen? Du erreichst unseren Kundenservice an Werktagen immer zwischen 9:00–22:00 Uhr.
Are you happy with the items you have found? Super! Within a few steps you will have placed your order and your goods will be on their way to you.
Step 1: Shopping basket
Place your chosen items in your shopping basket.
Step 2: Details
Click on your shopping basket in the top right and then ‘continue to payment’. Fill in your personal details in the overview (this is already completed if you are logged in). Double-check all your data, especially your name and address!
Step 3: Delivery
After filling in your personal details you choose your preferred delivery option. Due to the size of your order, you might automatically get the option 'PostNL Package'. For more information on our delivery options, please look here.
Step 4: Payment
Click on 'next' and choose your preferred payment method. For more information on payment methods, please look here.
Step 5: Placing an order
Finally, tick the box saying that you accept the terms and conditions and click on the 'place order' button to finalise your order.
If you would like to take another look at your order, you will find an overview of all items in this step.
Want to know what your order’s current status is? You can check this yourself if you have chosen the shipping method 'letterbox mail (incl. track&trace)’ or ‘PostNL Package’. If you have chosen either of these methods, you will receive a code by email when your package is ready to be dispatched. This code will allow you to see what the estimated delivery time is.
Letterbox packages without track&trace cannot be followed. No status updates can be issued either.
Package mail ordered on working days before 8.00 p.m. is shipped the same day. For letterbox mail, 5.00 pm applies on working days for shipment the same day. Please allow for longer delivery times over weekends, during holidays, and for sales and other promotions.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order at My Jewellery. This means that it is important that you always carefully check your order and personal details before you finalise your order.

Should you have any further questions, our customer service is available on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Was your order unsuccessful or did something go wrong? No problem, we will then automatically cancel your order. Still have doubts? Then you can always reach our customer service on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
