Currently we only offer international shipping to most European countries, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Our warehouse team does everything they can to ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, ordered before 15.00 is delivered within 2 to 4 business days. You'll also receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Have you thought about getting track & trace shipping? That way, you'll be able to track your package up to delivery*.

Returns:
At My Jewellery we offer the option of returning your order within 14 days after delivery. Products must be in original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.
Follow these steps to return your parcel:
Step 1: Pack the items that you wish to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure the original product tags have not been removed.
Step 2: Write the following return address on your shipment.

Step 3: Drop off the box at a postal service office in your area.
Step 4: Keep the track & trace code that you receive at the service desk when you hand over your package.
We'll send you email confirmation as soon as we receive your return, after that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return. You'll receive an email once the return has been processed, after which you'll receive your refund to your account within a few days.

Check if the bracelet fits with these tips
Tip 1: Measure the length of your favourite bracelet
Already have a comfy bracelet? Then put a ruler or tape measure alongside it and measure the length in centimetres. This is your bracelet size!
Tip 2: Measure the circumference of your wrist
Another option is to measure the circumference of your wrist. Make sure that the tape measure is not wrapped too tightly around your wrist when you take the size. Tadaa, you can immediately see the number of centimetres.
