Delivery:
We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email as soon the package leaves our warehouse. If you place an order over €50, shipping fees are free! For all orders below €50,-, shipping costs vary.

- Budbee package €3.95 (Netherlands only)
- DHL package €4.95 (Germany only)
- PostNL International package €4.95 (all international orders)
Returns:
At My Jewellery you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days after the shipping date. Make sure that the products have not been worn and have all tags attached when they are returned.
Return your package with the following steps:
Step 1: Pack the items that you want to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure that the original product tags have not been removed.
Step 2: Write the return address below on your shipment.

Step 3: Drop off the box at a postal service office in your area.
Step 4: Keep the track and trace code that you receive at the service desk when you hand over your package.
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an email. After that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return. We will send you an email when the return has been processed. You will then have the money back on your account within a few days.
Verzending met Budbee
Naast PostNL verzenden we ook met Budbee, op dit moment hebben zij een super snelle levering binnen 1-2 dagen. Daarnaast bezorgen ze standaard in de avond én CO2 neutraal!
Vertraging pakketjes
Op dit moment is er kans op vertraging bij de verzending van jouw pakketje i.v.m. de weersomstandigheden. Hierdoor kan een bestelling via PostNL of Budbee langer duren dan dat je van ze gewend bent, dit geldt voor pakket- en brievenbuspost. Uiteraard doen ze hun uiterste best om jouw pakketje zo snel mogelijk te bezorgen.
