Currently we only offer international shipping to most European countries, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Our warehouse team does everything they can to ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, ordered before 15.00 is delivered within 2 to 4 business days. You'll also receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. At My Jewellery we offer the option of returning your order within 14 days after delivery. Products must be in original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.
Follow these steps to return your parcel:
Step 1: Pack the items that you wish to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure the original product tags have not been removed.
Step 2: Write the following return address on your shipment.
