Currently we only offer international shipping to most European countries, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Our warehouse team does everything they can to ship your order as soon as possible. Therefore, ordered before 15.00 is delivered within 2 to 4 business days. You'll also receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Returns:
At My Jewellery we offer the option of returning your order within 14 days after delivery. Products must be in original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.
Follow these steps to return your parcel:
Step 1: Pack the items that you wish to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure the original product tags have not been removed.
Step 2: Write the following return address on your shipment.

Step 3: Drop off the box at a postal service office in your area.
Step 4: Keep the track & trace code that you receive at the service desk when you hand over your package.
We'll send you email confirmation as soon as we receive your return, after that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return. You'll receive an email once the return has been processed, after which you'll receive your refund to your account within a few days.
We'll show you how to take your measurements. Keep in mind that sizes can vary from item to item. The information shown is for reference to get you started. So, don't forget to check the product information to see if you have to size up or down.
STEP 1. Measure your chest size
The chest size is measured over the 'fullest' part of your chest. Take the tape measure forward from the back under the armpits and pull it over the fullest part of your body.
STEP 2. Measure your waist size
The waist is the 'narrowest' part of your upper body. Take the tape measure forward from the back, around the waist and pull it around the body. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and that the tape measure is not pulled too tight.
Extra tip: you can bend to one side to check your natural waist crease.
STEP 3. Measure hip size
Hip size is measured across the "widest" part of your lower body. Place your feet side by side and pull the measuring tape from the back over your buttocks to the front and measure where your thighs are fullest. Again, make sure the measuring tape is horizontal and not pulled too tight.
