Our warehouse team does everything they can to ship your order as soon as possible, but you'll receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. At My Jewellery we offer the option of returning your order within 14 days after the shipping date. Products must be in original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.
Follow these steps to return your parcel:
Step 1: Pack the items that you wish to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure the original product tags have not been removed. Step 2: Write the following return address on your shipment.

Step 3: Drop off the box at a postal service office in your area. Step 4: Keep the track & trace code that you receive at the service desk when you hand over your package.
We'll send you email confirmation as soon as we receive your return, after that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return. You'll receive an email once the return has been processed, after which you'll receive your refund to your account within a few days.
