Delivery:
We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Budbee & PostNL packages ordered on working days before 8.00 p.m. are shipped the same day*. You will receive an email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Have you also opted for a package with a track & trace code? This way, you can track your package up until delivery.
*Please note! No deliveries on Sundays and during promotions & sales, shipping may take longer.

At My Jewellery you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days after the shipping date. Make sure that the products have not been worn and have all tags attached when they are returned.
Return your package with the following steps:
Step 1: Pack the items that you want to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure that the original product tags have not been removed.
Step 2: Write the return address below on your shipment.

Step 3: Drop off the box at a postal service office in your area.
Step 4: Keep the track and trace code that you receive at the service desk when you hand over your package.
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an email. After that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return. We will send you an email when the return has been processed. You will then have the money back on your account within a few days.
We'll show you how to take your measurements. Keep in mind that sizes can vary from item to item. The information shown is for reference to get you started. So, don't forget to check the product information to see if you have to size up or down.
STEP 1. Measure your chest size
The chest size is measured over the 'fullest' part of your chest. Take the tape measure forward from the back under the armpits and pull it over the fullest part of your body.
STEP 2. Measure your waist size
The waist is the 'narrowest' part of your upper body. Take the tape measure forward from the back, around the waist and pull it around the body. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and that the tape measure is not pulled too tight.
Extra tip: you can bend to one side to check your natural waist crease.
