We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email as soon the package leaves our warehouse.

Returns:
At My Jewellery you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days after the shipping date. Make sure that the products have not been worn and have all tags attached when they are returned.
You can return your package with PostNL in the following steps:
Step 1: Pack the items that you want to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure that the original product tags have not been removed.
Step 2: Write the return address below on your shipment.

Step 3: Drop the box off at a PostNL office in your area.
Step 4: Keep the track and trace code that you receive at the service desk when you handover your package.
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an email. After that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return. We will send you an email when the return has been processed. You will then have the money back on your account within a few days.

This how you measure the correct ring size
Method 1: Measure the diameter of your favorite ring
The easiest way to determine a ring size is by using a ring that fits you well and feels comfortable. You can simply measure the inside diameter of this ring with a ruler, as shown in the picture below.
Method 2: Measure the circumference of your finger
Wrap measuring tape or string around the base of the finger. Then write down the number of millimetres and compare your millimetre reading to our ring size chart to see which ring size is closest.
