Use our new returns portal.

1. Register your return  

Fill in the digital returns form with your order number and the email address used to place the order & look for your order. Select the product that you wish to return and mark the most relevant return reason. Select a return method and pay for the return label (if you opted for a paid return).



2. (Re)pack your order

(Re)pack the items you want to return in the original package. Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. Did you remove the tag already? Then it's not possible to return the item anymore unfortunately. So be sure to carefully unpack your order! 


3. Hand in return

Return your order at a chosen drop-off point or at one of our boutiques. Note that the shipping fees for returning a parcel are at your own expense. You can also bring your return parcel to one of our boutiques, which is free of charge. Note that when returning at one of our boutiques you have to use the return portal to register your return as well.



4. Reimbursement

After your return has arrived at our warehouse, we strive to process it within 14 days after arrival. We kindly ask for your patience and to wait until the return term has passed. After your return has been unpacked and processed, you'll receive an email, so be sure to check your inbox. We strongly advise you to save your return confirmation until your return shipment has been completely processed and you've been reimbursed. After your return has been completely processed the purchase amount will be reimbursed using the orginal payment method.
