  • What payment options can I use?

    At My Jewellery you can use the following payment methods: 

    Credit card
    If you opt for payment by credit card, you first indicate what type of credit or debit card you are going to use. You then fill in your credit card number, the expiration date, the CID/CVC code (often found on the back of your card), and any passwords you may have. If you would like to return your items, then the amount paid for them will be returned to your credit card.

    My Jewellery Gift Card
    If you happen to have a My Jewellery Gift Card, you can use it to pay for your order. The My Jewellery Gift Card cannot be exchanged for money. 

    Sofort banking
    Sofort banking is an international payment method that enables direct payment via the bank. Select your bank and enter your bank details. You will now receive a TAN (Transaction Authentication Number) on your phone. Enter this number and click next to confirm the transaction. Should you end up returning the items, the amount will be refunded to the bank account of your choice.

    Paypal is a safe way to pay. You link your bank account or credit card and pay within a few clicks. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with advanced security and fraud prevention systems. In addition, PayPal does not disclose your financial information to My Jewellery.

    Pay later with Klarna
    Klarna is a payment method which gives you the option of paying the bill for your order later. There is a maximum term of 30 days.

    Klarna takes on the entire payment process on the back end on behalf of My Jewellery. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna by email for payment of the purchased product(s). Klarna will conduct a data check to approve your payment request. Klarna adheres to a strict privacy policy as set out in its privacy statement. Should your payment unexpectedly not be authorised, you can of course pay for the product you wish to purchase by using a different payment method. For more information, please refer to the consumer section of the Klarna website.

    Please note! Klarna is a separate entity from My Jewellery. This means that when you select Klarna, the payment also runs through them. Should you have any further questions, you can always contact Klarna’s customer service. When My Jewellery has an ongoing promotion, the delivery time could take a little longer than you would normally expect from us. If you decide to opt for Klarna, then the same rules remain in effect. You therefore still have 30 days to make the payment. Do keep this in mind and pay your bill on time to avoid any extra costs! My Jewellery does not guarantee this.

    With iDeal, you pay the outstanding sum for your order immediately and securely.

  • How do I use my discount code or my gift card?

    Discount code 

    You can use your discount code on the payment page. You enter your discount code under “Apply discount code”. You can only use one discount code per order. 

    - Shopping credit in the form of a code cannot be used in combination with a discount code.
    - Discount codes cannot be settled post payment.
    - Discount codes cannot be used for items on sale or on the My Jewellery Gift Card.

    Gift cards

    My Jewellery Gift Card
    Our very own special gift card! An amazing present to give or receive. You can use the gift card to pay for your entire order or a part of it. When you return your order, you will get the amount paid back to your card, so keep this card safe! 

    *It is not possible for you to set how much will be deducted from your gift card yourself.

  • How do I know if the payment was successful? 

    It could happen that something goes wrong with your payment. How can you be sure that everything has gone properly after you have received an error notification for example?

    - Check your own bank statement to see whether the amount has been debited
    - Still in doubt? Then please contact our customer service. They can check for you whether the payment has gone through.

    Absolutely sure that your payment has not gone through properly? Then your order has not been placed either. This means that you need to place your order again and also that you need to redo the payment.
