We temporarily offer free shipping on orders shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & Austria
If you place an order for over €50, you do not pay shipping fees for the cheapest shipping option. Placing an order for under €50? Then you can choose from various shipping options. We offer the following options in the following countries:

When can I expect my order?
Postal packages ordered before 8.00 p.m. are shipped the same day*. If you have opted for a package with a track & trace code, you will be able to follow your package yourself. During promotions & sales, shipping may take longer.
*Please note! No deliveries on Sundays and national public holidays.
Do I have to pay for shipping fees?
If you place an order for over €50, you do not pay shipping fees for the cheapest shipping option. Placing an order for under €50? The shipping fee is €4,95. The shipping fees may deviate and differ per country. This will be calculated automatically in the ordering process.
What shipping options can I choose from?
We currently offer shipment of international packages with PostNL International. When you select the ‘PostNL package’ shipping option during checkout, your package will be delivered by a PostNL courier. With this shipping method, you will also receive a track and trace code, which you can use to follow your shipment up until delivery. You will receive this track and trace code from us the moment the package is dispatched from our warehouse.
All packages that we ship with PostNL are shipped CO2 neutral. This means that we offset the CO2 emissions associated with all My Jewellery deliveries.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a link via PostNL with which you can follow your parcel.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to follow the shipment.
Can I change my address?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow for changes after an order has been placed. We would also like to emphasise that you should always check whether you have filled in the correct personal details before you finalise your order. Do you have any further questions? Then please contact our customer service and keep your order number and address at hand.
My package hasn’t been delivered yet, what should I do?
It could be that your package has been delayed with the courier. We recommend that you first check your track & trace code properly. That will tell you what the status of your delivery is.
Delivery times during promotions & public holidays
During holidays and promotions, PostNL & My Jewellery are often busier than usual. Despite the rush, we always do the best we can to process your package as soon as possible. Do bear in mind that it may arrive a little later than you would normally expect from us.

PostNL is My Jewellery’s standard shipping partner. They offer three shipping methods:
Letterbox mail
If you order a small product from us, you have the option during checkout to select ‘letterbox mail’ as the shipping method. This means that PostNL will deliver your package to your letterbox. You will not get a track & trace code with this option. Please also keep in mind that it may sometimes take longer for your package to be delivered to your letterbox compared to the PostNL package shipping method.
Letterbox mail plus
With the ‘letterbox mail plus’ option, your package is sent in the same way as a regular letterbox package, except that in this case you do receive a track & trace code. This will enable you to track your letterbox package right up until delivery.
PostNL package
When you choose the ‘PostNL package’ shipping option during checkout, your package will be delivered by a PostNL courier. With this shipping method you will also receive a track & trace code, which you can use to track your shipment up until delivery. You will receive this track & trace code from us the moment the package is dispatched from our warehouse.
PostNL pick up point
Away from home a lot? Then have your package delivered to a PostNL location in your area. During checkout, you determine your preferred location by clicking on ‘pick up’ under ‘shipping methods’. You then click on the chosen location and will immediately see the estimated delivery time for your package.
Orders within the Netherlands
Orders from €50 and up are delivered for free. A delivery fee is charged for orders under that value. Your order will always be delivered by PostNL. You can choose from the following shipping options:
- Letterbox mail package €1.95
- Letterbox mail package track&Trace €2.95
- PostNL package €4.95
Orders outside of the Netherlands
The shipping fees for orders outside of the Netherlands may differ per location. This will be calculated automatically in the ordering process. Should you have any other questions, then you can always reach our customer service on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
We will of course do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Normally, two situations apply:
- Packages ordered on working days before 8.00 p.m. are shipped the same day.
*No deliveries on Sundays
- Letterbox mail ordered on working days before 5.00 p.m. is shipped the same day.
*No deliveries on Sundays and Mondays
You will receive an email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Have you also opted for a package with a track & trace code? This way, you can track your package up until delivery.
During public holidays and promotions, it is often a little busier at My Jewellery than usual. Despite the rush, we always do the best we can to process your package as soon as possible. Do bear in mind that it may arrive a little later than you would normally expect from us.
You always receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse. Questions about changed delivery times? Then please contact our customer service on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Track & Trace
When you choose the ‘PostNL package’ shipping method, you can follow your package with a track & trace code. You will receive an email with a link to PostNL’s website and your track & trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. On the site where the link takes you, you fill in your track & trace code and will see the status of your order.
Generally speaking, we ship packages that were ordered before 8.00 p.m. on working days that very same day. For letterbox mail you must order before 5.00 p.m. for same day shipment.
Changing the delivery address
Unfortunately, our system does not allow for changes after an order has been placed. The reason being that we at My Jewellery always try to package and ship your order as soon as possible. We would also like to emphasise that you should always check whether you have filled in the correct personal details before you finalise your order.

In principle, My Jewellery ships packages globally. If your package is going to be delivered outside of the Netherlands, it would be wise to keep different delivery times in mind. These vary per shipping country. Costs for shipping abroad are automatically calculated during checkout. Can´t select the shipping country you want? Then please contact our customer service.
Free shipping for limited time only!
Shipping with Budbee
Beside PostNL, we also ship with Budbee, who at the moment have super-fast delivery within 1-2 days. They also have standard evening delivery times and are carbon neutral!
Delayed packages
At the moment there may be a shipping delay for your package due to the weather. This means that it may take longer for PostNL or Budbee to deliver your package than you normally would expect. They are of course doing their very best to deliver your package as soon as possible.
