Track & Trace
When you choose the ‘PostNL package’ shipping method, you can follow your package with a track & trace code. You will receive an email with a link to PostNL’s website and your track & trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. On the site where the link takes you, you fill in your track & trace code and will see the status of your order.
Generally speaking, we ship packages that were ordered before 8.00 p.m. on working days that very same day. For letterbox mail you must order before 5.00 p.m. for same day shipment.
Changing the delivery address
Unfortunately, our system does not allow for changes after an order has been placed. The reason being that we at My Jewellery always try to package and ship your order as soon as possible. We would also like to emphasise that you should always check whether you have filled in the correct personal details before you finalise your order.
