• You’ll receive the scratch cards with every purchase in one of the My Jewellery boutiques while stocks last.
• You can only claim your prize by filling in and confirming the form above. You’ll then receive your prize by email in the form of a discount code. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.
• The unique code entered in the form above must exactly match the unique code on the scratch card.
• The prize can only be claimed online and cannot be exchanged for cash.
