Orders placed before 11:59 PM will be shipped within 3–5 working days (*depending on the shipping country) . Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can find more information about delivery here.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping / Click & Collect:

DHL small parcel: €2.99 (free shipping on orders over €49.99)
DHL parcel: €5.99 (free shipping on orders over €49.99)

Returns:

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your package, excluding personalised and engraved jewellery.

Please note that orders placed from November 27 onwards benefit from an extended return period and can be returned until December 31.
