My Jewellery began as a female-led business fuelled by ambition and passion. Along the way, we have learned the value of supporting and caring for those around us. Today, with over 1000 employees across our boutiques, warehouse, and head office, we know that every success comes from sparkling people who pour their love and power into building our brand.
Purpose
At My Jewellery, we want our employees to play to their strengths. We believe that when people use their natural talents, they feel better, perform better and can thrive. That is why we invest in a wide range of training, e-learning modules, and one-on-one coaching to provide clear pathways, so everyone knows their next step. Our goal is to create an environment where people can grow in a way that suits them.
Well-being
At My Jewellery, it is important to us that our employees feel good at work and in their daily lives. That is why well-being is a key focus. We believe in a healthy balance between work and personal life, physically, mentally and socially.
To support this, we offer access to internal and external coaching through My Coach. For anyone who needs confidential support, our HR advisors and confidential counsellors are always available.
We want everyone at My Jewellery to feel safe, respected, and heard. We have clear guidelines on expected behaviour, confidential counsellors, and an internal reporting procedure for employees who want to raise concerns, report inappropriate behaviour, or flag potential wrongdoing. Reports are handled with care and confidentiality, with attention to fair process for everyone involved and protection for employees who speak up. By actively focusing on social safety, integrity, and respectful collaboration, we're building a workplace where everyone can be themselves and feel supported.
We also encourage a healthy lifestyle, with group training sessions led by a personal trainer, a varied daily lunch at our headquarters, and fresh fruit across all our locations and boutiques.
Culture
At My Jewellery, culture shapes how we work together and how employees experience their day-to-day environment. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected and valued. New colleagues receive a warm welcome through our structured onboarding process, including a buddy system and opportunities to connect with the wider organisation.
A strong culture relies on clear expectations. That's why we have a Code of Conduct covering topics such as respectful behaviour, integrity, privacy, safety, and responsible conduct. Employees can turn to their manager, HR, or a confidential counsellor with any questions, concerns, reports, or integrity issues. In this way, we encourage an open culture where employees feel safe speaking up and taking responsibility for one another and for our organisation.
Employees are encouraged to share ideas, give feedback, and actively participate in how we work. We hold regular company-wide meetings and run an annual employee engagement survey to help everyone feel connected and understood.
We know that building strong connections is just as important as hard work. Throughout the year, our celebration calendar brings small surprises and festive moments like our Legacy Dinner, Easter breakfast, King's Day drinks, and Christmas party. Teams also organise their own outings, from boating trips to padel matches, bringing people together in fun and relaxed way.
