• Returns need to be made within 14 days of your purchase.
• You can either choose between a cash return or a gift card.
• Have you paid for your original purchase with a gift card? Then you will also receive the return amount on a gift card.
• Items bought at the boutique in Roermond can only be returned at the boutique in Roermond, and not at any of the other boutiques.
• Items from online orders placed at the My Jewellery website can also be returned at the boutique in Roermond.
