Materials matter. We are committed to using responsibly sourced materials that reflect both environmental and social integrity. While we are still on a journey, we are continuously increasing our use of recycled, renewable, and low-impact materials to create a more responsible future.

For clothing, we aim for at least 30% of our clothing products to contain 50% or more sustainable materials, increasing to 50% of our products by 2030.

To guide our choices, we have developed a preferred materials guideline that goes beyond aesthetics and considers the full environmental impact of our fabrics. This is based on recognised standards such as Textile Exchange and MODINT.

Our internal tool ranks materials in five categories, from Class A (best choice) to Class E (not suitable), helping our buyers and designers make informed decisions. We currently classify items as more responsible when at least 50% of the main fabric consists of certified organic, recycled, or lower-impact materials. You can recognize these items by our dedicated hangtags and labels.

We also provide information about the materials used in each item, along with care instructions to help extend product lifespan. By enabling customers to make informed choices and care for items properly, we aim to prolong the lifespan of our products and support more conscious consumption.
