Boutique bought items are also covered by warranty! We offer a 4 week wash warranty and a 8 week warranty on broken items. Lastly, we also offer a 6 month warranty on any tarnished items or broken clockwork.
If you have bought your items at one of our boutiques then the warranty is also only valid within our boutiques. Do you still have your receipt? Then you can visit any one of our boutiques to use your warranty. Did you loose your receipt but did you pay by card & are you able to show us your bank statement from that specific purchase? Then you need to go back to the same boutique you've shopped at. If you paid using cash and can still recall at which day and at what time you paid for your purchase the boutique might be able to go into the system to find your receipt. However, this might not always be possible so keep this in mind when visiting our boutiques!
The waranty policy of our shop in shop locations is determined at that specific shop in shop. This means each warranty policy is totally unique for each store. Therefore we strongly advice you to go back to the store you bought your products at when looking to use your warranty.
At My Jewellery you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days after delivery. Make sure that the products have not been worn and have all tags attached when they are returned. Do you still have the receipt of your purchase? Then you can visit any one our boutiques. Keep your proof of return until we have processed the order. Did you loose your receipt but did you pay by card & are you able to show us your bank statement from that specific purchase? Then you need to go back to the same boutique you've shopped at.
Yes, it's also possible to return your sale items at one of our boutiques. After returning your sale items you'll receive a giftcard with the value of your original purchase amount.
This is definitely possible! You can return your purchases at all* My Jewellery boutiques in The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany.
*Purchases made within the My Jewellery outlets Bataviastad, Roermond & Roosendaal can only be returned in these specific boutiques.
When you return your store bought items at the boutique your return automatically gets processed. Within 3 working days you're purchasing amount will be transferred back onto your account. This timeframe might be different depending on the payment method used. Did you return an online order in the boutique? Head over to our returns CS page for more information on this.
Since the purchase was made within the boutique we advice you to visit the same boutique again! Our staff is happy to help you out and fix this problem together!
No it's not possible to contact our boutiques by phone.
It's not possible for us to look into the stock of our boutiques. However, you're always welcome to visit one of our boutiques and come take a look yourself!
When you have purchased an item that eventually becomes a sale item we cannot offer you this discount at a later moment in time.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to get your online order delivered at one of our boutiques. Therefore, it's also not possible to pick up your order at one of our boutiques. You can however always let your order get delivered at a pick-up point near you!
The assortment in the boutiques can differ from what we offer online on our website. This is why some of the sale items we offer online might differ from sale items in the boutiques.
