Step 1: Place your chosen items in your shopping basket.
Step 2: Click on your shopping basket in the top right and then ‘continue to payment’.
Step 3: Fill in your personal details and check it carefully. Do you have an account? Then make sure to log in using your email and all of your personal details will be automatically filled out for you.
Step 4: Choose your preferred delivery option. Depending on the size of your order, it might be possible that not all of the shipping options will show up. Note that you can get your order delivered to your home, but you can also choose for a pick-up point.
Step 5: Choose your preferred payment method. You can choose from different payment methods like iDeal, PayPal or the My Jewellery gift card
Step 6: Finally, tick the box saying that you accept the terms and conditions and click on the 'place order' button to finalise your order.
YES! you're order has been placed so the fun is just about to begin!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order. This means that it is important that you always carefully check your order and personal details before you finalise your order.
However, once your order is delivered you can always return your items. Returning your order is free of charge in our boutiques or at your own expense via a courier. Always register your return using our digital return portal.
Was your order unsuccessful or did something go wrong? No problem, we will then automatically cancel your order. Still have doubts? Then you can always contact our customer service team, they're happy to check the status and help you complete your order.
Did you receive your order? Fun is just beginning! However, be sure to carefully unpack your order after its arrival! Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. So when opening your package be careful and make sure you won't tear up any of the jewellery boxes/packages or accidentally remove one of the tags attached. Did you remove the tag already? Or did you tear up one of the original jewellery packages? Then it's not possible to return the item anymore unfortunately. So be sure to carefully unpack your order!
When it's busy it might take a bit longer for your confirmation to come through, and it could even land in your spam folder. If it's been two hours and you've still not received it, but your payment has gone through, don't worry! Just get in touch with our customer service team, and they'll sort it out for you.
