Our engraved jewellery items are lovingly and precisely engraved, the charms on our customisable jewellery are also attached by hand to the necklace so there’s an extended shipping time of around 4 to 6 business days for these products. Engraved and customisable jewellery by My Jewellery Atelier is always shipped in a pretty velvet gift pouch and comes with a card that can be personalised with your message of choice. 

Your package will be delivered by the courier of your choice. With this shipping method, you will receive a track and trace code, which you can use to follow your shipment up until delivery.

Note: Your engraved jewellery comes from our My Jewellery Atelier, not our warehouse, as such your order will be delivered separately. Have you ordered multiple My Jewellery items? In that case, you’ll receive two separate packages.

Apart from engraved jewellery, My Jewellery also offers a necklaces with customisable charms. Select the necklace and type at least 1 and not more than 10 letters in the form. These letters will be attached to the necklace, creating a personalised necklace. 

You can get a maximum of 4 letters engraved onto your necklace or bracelet. Earrings will fit a maximum of 3 engraved letters, and the engraving will be the same on each earring. 

The images used on the engraved jewellery web page are only a reference for how your piece will look. Jewellery engraving is done by hand, so we can’t guarantee that your piece will look exactly like the example images.

Unfortunately, as the piece is designed exclusively for you, we don’t accept returns on our engraved and customised items.
