How great that you have (received) a My Jewellery gift card! We understand that you may not always know the balance on your card. Here's a quick explanation of how to check it:
Step 1.
Fill in your card number at 'Kaartnummer'.
Step 2.
Tick the box 'Ik ben geen robot' to confirm you're not a robot.
Step 3.
Fill in the security code of the gift card.
Step 4.
Click on 'Saldo' to view the balance of your My Jewellery gift card.

My Jewellery gift cards expire 2 years from the issue date. When you want to use your My Jewellery gift card as a payment method, make sure to check the validity of the gift card as well using our gift card balance checker. To use your gift card as a payment method, select 'My Jewellery Gift Card / Fashioncheque / VVV Gift Card' at checkout. Next, select 'place order'. A new window will open in which you should enter the codes of your gift card. Enter the code starting with 6064 in 'Card number' and the 6-digit code, which is hidden underneath the silver scratch-off foil, in 'PIN/security code'. Click on 'continue' to complete your order.
When you return an order you've paid with your gift card, you'll receive a new gift card with the deducted gift card balance.
*It is not possible for you to set how much will be deducted from your gift card yourself.
It is not possible to exchange the My Jewellery gift card for money. However, if you return an order that was (partially) paid for with a gift card, you will receive a new (digital) gift card.
Love that you’ve got multiple gift cards—shopping just got a whole lot more fun! You can totally use more than one gift card on a single order.
