Discounts & Promotions
- During a sale or another promotion, it may take a little longer to process and deliver your order than you would normally expect from us.
- Discounts cannot be settled afterwards.
- Credit & discount codes cannot be used for items that are on sale, deals or promotions, the My Jewellery gift card, the Advent Calendar & Atelier items
- If you have ordered an item which goes on sale afterwards, we unfortunately cannot apply this retrospectively.
- During pile sales you often lose the right to the pile discount as soon as you return an item.
- You can return an item that was on sale within 14 days of delivery.
- Prices may change during a sale depending on the offer. The following also applies: amended discounts cannot be settled afterwards.
- Please note! Did you pay for your sale item with Klarna? Then you still have to pay the invoice within 30 days, despite any delays.
The following items are always excluded from discounts or sales, which is why it is not possible to order these items with a discount (code).
- All items that are part of the sale category
- All My Jewellery gift cards
- All items that are part of a special promotion or deal.
- Atelier items
- Advent Calendar
Great news—you’ve got a discount code to shop with us! Just enter your code in the shopping cart under ‘Enter discount code,’ and hit ‘Apply discount.’ Your discount will be deducted from all eligible items, except for My Jewellery Atelier pieces, sale items, the Advent Calendar, running deals and the My Jewellery gift card.
A quick heads-up: discounts can’t be applied after checkout, and only one code can be used per order. If your items are already discounted due to a promotion and you’ve got a code to spare, hold onto it! You can use it once the promo ends (as long as it’s still valid), so you can enjoy shopping with a discount again later.
First, we advise you to try the following solutions:
- Place the order using an incognito window in your browser
- Try placing the order with a different browser or delete the browse history of the browser you were using
- Try placing the order on a different device
- Log in to your account or try placing the order as a guest visitor
If none of the mentioned solutions work, try checking the items in your shopping cart as these might include items that are excluded from discounts. It is not possible to use a discount code on My Jewellery Advent Calendars, My Jewellery Atelier items, sale items, promotions, or the My Jewelllery gift card.
Are you still unable to place your order? Please get in touch with our customer service and send them a message with the discount code that's causing issues.
If online (sale) purchases do not meet expectations, there is the option of returning them. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price.
