    • Note! Did you purchase your Golden Weekend order with Klarna/ After-pay? Despite possible delays, your payment is still required within 30 days. So, always keep an eye on the last date of payment on your invoice.
  • What is Golden Weekend?

    Golden Weekend is My Jewellery’s sparkling answer to Black Friday! A weekend of golden Black Friday deals that are all about bringing the sparkle to your wardrobe & jewellery collection.

  • Can I cancel or exchange my order?

    You can’t exchange or cancel your order, so make sure to double-check your order and personal details before placing your order. 

  • Can I return a Golden Weekend purchase?

    If your online Golden Weekend purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we do offer the possibility to return it. Items bought during Golden Weekend must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will reimburse your purchase amount. For more details on returns check out our returns page

  • Can the items bought during Golden Weekend be exchanged?

    We do not accept exchanges on purchased items. Need another size or colour? In that case you’ll need to place a new order. Note that the discount is only valid during Golden Weekend. 

  • What is the delivery time for my Golden Weekend order?

    The entire My Jewellery team is hard at work to process and pack your order as quickly as possible, however, the processing and delivery of your order may take longer than you’ve come to expect from us during Golden Weekend. If you haven’t received a delivery notice after 5 business days, please get in touch with our customer service to check the status of your order. 

  • Is the 15% Golden Weekend offer valid at your boutiques too?

    Yes! All of our boutiques will be offering 15% Golden Weekend discounts, however, keep in mind there will be amended opening hours for this weekend. For more information regarding amended opening hours for each of our boutiques in The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany check out our boutiques page where you’ll also find the most accurate opening times of your favourite boutique.
