Returns:
At My Jewellery we offer the option of returning your order within 14 days after delivery. Products must be in original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.
1) Return your order at one of our boutiques for free!
2) Send your order back to our warehouse, using one of our return options. Shipping fees are at your own expense.
We'll show you how to take your measurements. Keep in mind that sizes can vary from item to item. The information shown is as a reference to get you started. So, don't forget to check the product information to see if you have to size up or down.
STEP 1. Measure your chest size
The chest size is measured over the 'fullest' part of your chest. Take the tape measure forward from the back under the armpits and pull it over the fullest part of your body.
STEP 2. Measure your waist size
The waist is the 'narrowest' part of your upper body. Take the tape measure forward from the back, around the waist and pull it around the body. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and that the tape measure is not pulled too tight.
Extra tip: you can bend to one side to check your natural waist crease.
