We'll show you how to take your measurements. Keep in mind that sizes can vary from item to item. The information shown is for reference to get you started. So, don't forget to check the product information to see if you have to size up or down.
STEP 1. Measure your chest size
The chest size is measured over the 'fullest' part of your chest. Take the tape measure forward from the back under the armpits and pull it over the fullest part of your body.
STEP 2. Measure your waist size
The waist is the 'narrowest' part of your upper body. Take the tape measure forward from the back, around the waist and pull it around the body. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and that the tape measure is not pulled too tight.
Extra tip: you can bend to one side to check your natural waist crease.
STEP 3. Measure your hip size
The hip measurement is measured over the 'widest' part of your lower body. Put your feet together and pull the tape measure forward over your buttocks from the back and measure where your thighs are the fullest. Here too, make sure that the tape measure is horizontal and not pulled too tight.
