Delivery:
Currently we only offer international shipping to most European countries, The United Kingdom and Ireland. Budbee & PostNL packages ordered on working days before 8.00 p.m. are shipped the same day*. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Have you also opted for a package with a track & trace code? This way, you can track your package up until delivery.
*Please note! No deliveries on Sundays and during promotions & sales, shipping may take longer.

Returns:
At My Jewellery you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days after the shipping date. Make sure that the products have not been worn and have all tags attached when they are returned.
Return your package with the following steps:
Step 1: Pack the items that you want to return along with the return form in the box. Make sure that the original product tags have not been removed.
Step 2: Write the return address below on your shipment.

Step 3: Drop off the box at a postal service office in your area.
Step 4: Keep the track and trace code that you receive at the service desk when you hand over your package.
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an email. After that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return. We will send you an email when the return has been processed. You will then have the money back on your account within a few days.
